Beauty by default

Having beauty virtue is mostly not about being beautiful, I think, but about lacking flaws. It’s about having an airtight case when the critics come to tear you apart.

When every other contestant is disqualified, you win “by default”. You don’t have to compete; you won only because you showed up and you didn’t violate any of the rules. Beauty by the lack of flaws could be called “beauty by default”.
