Not coming

That’s right, I don’t have orgasms. It’s not for lack of trying, and it's okay.

I want more people to talk about anorgasmia, but I haven’t for years because it gets so personal so quickly… So I settled on making this a paid post.

For the last century, sexual function surveys of women have been showing that 7-10% of women have never orgasmed, which is called primary anorgasmia. I am one of them.

Although of course I would love to experience amazing pleasure, it doesn’t really bother me. I would be happier today and have skipped a lot of suffering in between if I had never found out I was “supposed” to orgasm. Nothing is lacking in my sexual experience. I’m not frustrated or blue-balled, as if an orgasm is supposed to happen but eludes me. The only thing that has ever bothered me about it was feeling deficient.
